Exploring International Service Design Methods and PracticesNorthumbria University's School of Design is holding a workshop to explore International Service Design methods and practices on Wednesday 29th November 2006 at the Centre for Life, Newcastle upon Tyne.
This workshop is a must attend event for those involved in the service design either as a practitioner, academic or client.
The three speakers are:
Prof Robert Young - Northumbria's School of Design Methods to support the evolving work of design practitioners, and the development of systems and service design models.
Bill Hollins - University of Westminster and Direction Consultants The development of service design from the perspective of UK design engineering and business management.
Cees J.G. Van Halen, MSc. - Senior Consultant of Partners for Innovation, General Manager aHa!Group - The Netherlands Service Design methods, thinking and practice from the perspective of pan European research, development and business support consulting.
