The Red Dot Award: Product Design 2007 Awards Ceremony

The design world is currently zooming in on the city of Essen and its red dot design museum.
This Monday, 25 June 2007, the winners of the red dot award: product design 2007 will be honoured at a festive ceremony in the Essen Aalto Theater by eminent representatives from design, business, and politics.
Design lovers from 29 countries have already announced their attendance.
This year's competitions issued some 666 awards, 43 of which were furthermore prized with the red dot: best of the best.
At the ceremony, these special awards for outstanding design performance will be conferred to each of the recipients on stage.
The event will start at 4 pm in the red dot design museum with a tour of the special exhibition "Design on stage - winners red dot award: product design 2007," featuring all award-winning products as well as the special exhibition of the red dot: design team of the year 2007.
At 6 pm, the actual ceremony will then begin in Essen's Aalto Theater.
