Quiksilver Innovation Contest

Quiksilver launched the first edition of the Innovation Contest, the annual futuristic competition opened to progressive and passionate athletes, designers everywhere, from professionals to amateurs.
Pierre Agnes, President of Quiksilver Europe says "As both a leader and an innovator the Companies group of brands must always kept our consumers needs in mind.
The objective of the innovation competition is to imagine the future of our lifestyle pursuits, sports and the products within and celebrate this."
The product concepts submitted will be judged on real future innovations in design and technologies that have been developed with users needs in mind whilepracticing boardsports and leisure activities.
In July, 2007 a prestigious jury composed by celebrated leaders in the fields of design, sport and innovation will judge the 30 finalist and elect the 3 winners.
