Why Londoners Should Wear T-shirts for a Change

Why Londoners Should Wear T-shirts for a Change

September 12, 2008  |  Levent OZLER

Depaul Trust and Fitch have come together to harness the power of design for the benefit of homeless and disadvantaged young people in London.

Together, they have created a range of T-shirt designs, each communicating the message of "Positive Change".

All the money raised through the sale of the T-shirts will go directly to helping young people take positive steps towards avoiding or escaping a life on the streets.

Depaul Trust gives hope to young people across the UK who are homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged, by providing them with safe places to live and the chance to develop their self-respect, employability and potential for a successful life.

Fitch's involvement as a design consultancy is simple.

Fitch believes good design can change attitudes, make a lasting impression, fire imaginations and leave a legacy of lasting positive change that will endure and grow.

Also, as a successful commercial business, Fitch wanted to give something back - and there are few worthier or more relevant causes than a charity dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable young people in Fitch's home town - London.
