Design Korea 2008 Guangzhou

Design Korea 2008 Guangzhou will be held from September 22-25, 2008 in Guangzhou, China.
The goal of this event is to help the Korean design industry advance in the Chinese market and to help both countries more fully understand each other's design industry.
This is the 6th Design Korea, which is held in Korea as well as overseas, alternating yearly.
To help Korean designers better understand the Chinese market, Design Korea was held in Beijing in 2004, Shanghai in 2006, and will be set in Guangzhou this year.
Design Korea 2008 - Guangzhou will be comprised of exhibitions, a forum, B2B programs and other special programs.
In all, 42 Korean design companies, 32 leading design corporations, 10 Korean design schools, 10 Chinese design schools and 24 Korean design-related associations will participate in the event.
The exhibition will be divided into 9 zones: Introduction, Theme, Good Design Selection, Design Experience, Design Firms, Korea-China Design Schools, Korea New Wave, Design Associations and Design Leading Corporations.
The forum will be divided into 3 sessions, with session 1 focusing on "Rediscovery of Design Value", session 2 on "Design and Asian Value", and session 3 on "Design and Business."
