Fucina Goes on Tour

After the great success of fucina, a project by the Faculty of Design and Art of the Free Uni-versity of Bozen - Bolzano, shown at the last Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan presented at the "Spazio Rossana Orlandi", goes on tour.

fucina unites a series of small (and not so small) objects for the home, office and personal use. Charming accessories that help make our life more pleasant, brightening our everyday activities, comforting and pampering us.

The projects of the first fucina collection, designed and produced by single authors of the Faculty of Bolzano, will be distributed in selected sale points and sold online on a specific website. fucina is intended as a small start-up enterprise, in which all profits go to the authors, many of whom are already taking their first steps in the design profession.

The name that has been given to this unusual and daring initiative is fucina (forge), because, just as with pieces of iron, it is there that these newborn ideas, still incandescent and forgeable, can be refined and polished, thus developing a project that is mature for the market.
