Drinks with a Designer: Nicholas Leahy at TKTS Booth, Times Square

Nicholas Leahy, principal at Perkins Eastman, will give a behind the scenes tour of the recently opened TKTS booth in Times Square. Leahy along with structural engineer Michael Ludvik from Dewhurst Macfarlane will discuss the structural innovation and construction challenges of the project.
The conversation and visit will be a revealing look at an iconic piece of infrastructure within a highly urbanized site.
Following the tour, casual conversation will continue over drinks at a nearby bar.
Drinks with a Designer is open to all young designers five years or less out of school; whether you are a graphic, industrial, or fashion designer, an artist or architect, Design in 5 invites you to attend.
