Coodie & Chike and Superfad Team on New Mos Def Music Video

The new Mos Def video "Casa Bey" is the product of the collaboration between innovative director duo Coodie & Chike and the design stylings of Superfad.
Currently airing on MTV, VH1, and BET, and with a massive online viewership, the clip features Superfad's animated typography, which perfectly mirrors the simple yet powerful emotions of Mos Def's face during his close-up performance.
Coodie & Chike first emerged on the scene with Kanye West's critically acclaimed music video "Through the Wire," which has been followed by work for a variety of artists including Pitbull, Sa-Ra Creative Partners, Leela James and Fishbone.
This is the first collaboration between Coodie & Chike and Superfad, which was commissioned to develop and produce the design concept for the video in an "open exchange of ideas and a fluid process".
