th2ng Directs Interactive Video for David Gray's Fugitivecompany

th2ng has directed and produced "Fugitive," the new music video for singer/songwriter David Gray's first single from his new album.
For the music video, th2ng filmed David performing live at the piano.
As he sings the surrounding walls, floor and ceiling fill with images expressing the mood and urgency of the song.
th2ng shot David over one day, returning to film award-winning artist/animator Will Barras as he meticulously painted each scene on to the walls, etc. to mirror David's performance.
All editing and post-production was carried out in-house.
Dan Lumb at th2ng has also created an interactive video of a live studio version of Fugitive by David and his band.
Once the video is playing, you click inside the video, hold the mouse button down and move it around to become immersed in the performance.
Dan Lumb used a multi-lense camera to simultaneously film the band in different directions, in high resolution digital 360 - a technique he adapted from Google Maps StreetView technology.
