Communication Through Objects: European Parliament Launches Invitation to Tender

The European Parliament is seeking to engage a communications and/or design agency to produce a range of PR items.
It will give priority to creativity and quality throughout the process, from production of the material to delivery.
Parliament is seeking "corporate" promotional material that will reflect the institution's concepts of parliamentary democracy (dialogue, transparency, expression of points of view), the fundamental principles of European integration (democracy, respect, diversity) and the European values which it espouses (dignity, freedom, equality).
This material is to be designed and produced for annual events (such as the Sakharov Prize for freedom of thought) and ad hoc events organised by Parliament (such as cultural weeks).
The contractor must be able to produce the material in all the official languages of the European Union.
The budget is a maximum of EUR 6 million for a maximum duration of four years.
The deadline for submission of tenders is 25 November 2009.
