Design Council Magazine Issue 7
December 13, 2009 | Levent OZLER
The seventh issue of the Design Council Magazine is devoted to the challenge of designing an economic recovery, with articles on how the UK can get better at turning ideas into profitable products, and how SMEs are ready to lead the recovery.
The magazine also looks at how China is using design to meld production with creativity, and how the NHS is embracing innovation to tackle challenges like healthcare associated infections such as MRSA.
Design Council Magazine is the official journal of the Design Council, the government-funded strategic body for design in the UK.
Launched in November 2006, its readership consists of opinion formers in both business and the public sector, including government ministers, regional development agencies, senior business leaders and design gurus.
This and all back issues of the magazine are available free online.
