Hands Off My Design: e-Learning About European Union Design Protection

The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), the European Union agency responsible for registering designs and trade marks valid in all the countries of the EU, announced their new e-learning programme about design protection in the European Union.
The e-learning program offers general information about other IP rights such as patents, copyright and trade marks, with links to further information about national and international protection.
