Beam, an arts, architecture and learning organization dedicated to the imaginative understanding and improvement of the public realm, is currently seeking applications from artists for a public art commission in Chesterfield within a retail development.
The aim of the public art commission is to enhance the environment and the experience of the visitor to the site.
