Magisso's Naturally Cooling Ceramics Collection, designed by Simon Stevens, has been awarded a 2014 Good Design Award.
With an extensive history on working with ceramics, awarded UK designer Simon Stevens noticed that no one had combined contemporary design with the ancient technique of using ceramics for cooling. In the design process, Simon's ambition was to respect the handcraft traditions of ceramics yet at the same time wanted to bring a more contemporary feel to Magisso's Naturally Cooling Ceramics resulting in the perfect balance between aesthetics and function.
By soaking any Naturally Cooling Ceramics item for just a minute under cold water ignites the cooling effect to start. The cooled Ceramics will keep contents fresh throughout breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Magisso Naturally Cooling Ceramics products are dishwasher safe.
