Rusty Wallace Gets Shot at Design

June 29, 2003  |  Dexigner Team

Rusty Wallace has always been one of the most outspoken Nascar drivers when it comes to race tracks and their facilities.

Now the Winston Cup driver has been given the opportunity to design his own speedway in Newton, Iowa.

The race track plans to have 25,000 permanent seats and anticipates hosting ASA, USAC and ARCA-sanctioned races as well as other forms of entertainment.
