Concrete artisan Phil Bigelow has created another furniture original: The Desert Rumi Coffee Table.
This table is unique with its sculpted concrete surface, patinas, layered finishes and handcrafted steel legs.
The desert sun sparkles with the poetry of Jelaluddin Rumi over the desert scene.
The Desert Rumi Coffee Table is made with a concrete top and welded steel legs measuring 39"x 39"x 15" and weighing 87 lbs.
The table is cast in Fiber Span Concrete, making it much stronger and more portable than traditional concrete.
The surface is finished in multiple acid stains with glassy pools punctuating the sun, cactus, and quail. The words of Rumi add the finishing touch.
