Mazda Senku: Four-seater Rotary Sports Car Design

October 23, 2005  |  Levent OZLER

Mazda Motor Corporation is showcasing the world premiere of the Mazda SENKU concept vehicle, as well as the Japan debut of the Mazda MX-Crossport concept, at the 39th Tokyo Motor Show at Makuhari Messe, Chiba prefecture, from Wednesday, October 19 through Sunday, November 6, 2005.

Mazda is displaying a wide variety of vehicles and technologies that demonstrate its product-led growth to visitors, highlighting the progress of Mazda Momentum, its mid-term corporate management plan that was launched in November 2004.

Mazda SENKU, 'a four-seater rotary sports car for adults', is a concept car that reflects a new direction for four-seater rotary sports cars designed with mature drivers in mind.

The concept clearly demonstrates how Mazda continues to offer new and unique Zoom-Zoom driving qualities in the face of increasing environmental and safety requirements and diversifying customer demands posed by societal changes.
