EA Delivers EA Sports Launch Lineup for XBOX 360

EA Sports Arrives on Xbox 360 With FIFA, Madden NFL Football, NBA Live, And Tiger Woods PGA Tour Franchises

Electronic Arts, announced it has shipped its biggest launch line up of EA SPORTS titles to stores with four EA SPORTS branded games for the Xbox 360. FIFA 06: Road to FIFA World Cup, Madden NFL 06, NBA LIVE 06 and Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 06 are all available for the new game system.

The most heralded franchises in videogames sports history arrive at launch offering consumers four different sports games to play when they take their hardware out of the box for the first time.

"As launch titles, our four EA SPORTS titles for the Xbox 360 will give consumers a next generation sports experience from the time they take the shrink-wrap off the games and the console out of the box," said John Schappert, Group Vice President and General Manager EA Studios. FIFA 06: Road to FIFA World Cup
FIFA 06 Road to FIFA World Cup immerses players into the emotional intensity of next generation soccer. Utilizing the power of the Xbox 360, fans will be able to revel in the world's most sophisticated representation of soccer. Experience a newly enhanced gameplay engine that delivers extremely responsive controls and greater level of depth. New physics and animations mean that players will now react more realistically to every tackle, shot or pass of the ball.




Madden NFL 06
Madden NFL 06 for the Xbox 360 has been built from the ground up to deliver completely redesigned gameplay and the most lifelike football experience ever created. Gamers will feel the true emotion and passion on the football field with incredibly detailed player models that come to life on every play, as well as lifelike stadiums and fans. Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 06
With greatness comes pressure and in Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 06 on Xbox 360, players experience the intensity of competing in championship golf events. Thousands of fans line the fairways and pack grandstands surrounding the greens, watching every shot as players aim to become the world's #1 golfer. Players have a shot at realizing their ultimate dream of earning a PGA TOUR Card through Q-school and climbing the ranks on the PGA TOUR by playing against nine of the world's greatest golfers like Tiger Woods, Vijay Singh and Chris DiMarco.
