Piece of Furniture of the Year is The Sköna Hem magazine's award for good and innovative design. The designer is also awarded a grant of SEK 20,000. (Peter Andersson, Tilt, chair)

The Forum Prize is handed out by the architecture and design magazine Forum. It is presented to the best Nordic architecture or interiors and is the only architectural award that judges the collective annual production of the Nordic countries. (Bjarke Ingels and Julien De Smedt, architectural firm Plot, The VM-houses in Ørestaden, Denmark)

Markslöjd Light Prize is a design competition for young Swedish designers presenting new innovative armature ideas. The prize sum of SEK 100,000 is divided amongst the winners. 1. Eva Xeyer, Ljushögskolan in Jönköping; 2. Joakim Oskarsson, Konstfack; 3. Anna Gathu and Martina Nystrand, Konstfack (shared third place)

The Almedahls Award is an annually reoccurring design competition. The prize is given to a young promising student at one of the schools for Architecture, Interiors or Textiles. The winner is awarded a grant of SEK 25,000. (Jenny Stefansdotter Stentoft, Foliage)
