studioCentral Unit Design
studioCentral Unit Design is a collaboration of four professionals from diverse backgrounds and training who work in different fields of expertise: interior; industrial; decorative and graphic design.

ONGARETTO ROSSELLA architect:
Dino sofa is intended for both internal and external use in locations such as museums, airports, clubs, and public squares and parks. It is made up of 2-person seating sections of variable height, using the ecological materials water lily and frame-foam.


Dino Sofa aka I Love You P.P. [2006]

The sofa is intended to be released in two different sizes: one with each seating section measuring 60cm and the other 45cm. This second version is therefore suitable for smaller spaces that require greater flexibility.



When destined for inside use it can be covered in a removable white industrial fabric and for outside a new technique of oven painting will be used, making it suitable for urban settings.

The structure of the sofa was realized by Orsafoam Spa and Cps s.r.l di Novedrate (Co) and the fabric covering by 2emmesnc/ Bondesan & Molteni di Cantu (Co).

The mosaic coffee tables are intended for a variety of uses in both internal and external locations. The mosaic surfaces are designed as interchangeable decorative panels that can also be attached vertically as multicoloured wall hangings with patterns and color combinations reflecting the client's preferences.


Fiatmultipla [2006]

MASCIANTONIO ANDREA architect:
The Fiatmultipla 2006 chairs are intended for an exclusively domestic use and for restricted spaces that demand a high flexibility of use. Their form and surface finish pay homage to the car utilitarian style of the 60s. Realised by P.E.A snc Como di Sovico bros (Milan).

The mosaics are created by Adam Stanley, the structure of the table designed by Simone Ghezzi and realised by Design & Production/ Sergio Putignano.

random wallpaper emerges from the stratification of different sheets of paper printed with artisan methods. The client participates in the creation of a unique paper by adding the final rip and thereby creating limitless possibilities of alignment.

The graphic patterns can be used as well for fabric coverings or tents.

Different printing techniques with rubber colors on light fabrics or PVC material can filter the sun rays.
