Interaction by Materia at BAU 2007

Interaction by Materia at BAU 2007

January 7, 2007  |  Levent OZLER

In a world that excels, the surrounding area will also be transformed.

Architecture and design are becoming less static concepts and almost seem to "communicate" with both the observer and the user.

This communication cannot happen without the use of innovative materials.

The new Materia exposition "Interaction" will be presented at the Bau München for the first time and will be featuring a selection of materials which can change colour, give off light, change their shape, shrink and expand, and even react to sound.

Materia invites you to visit our new exposition on 19 January 2007 during the Bau München fair.

Materia has reserved this day especially for you as a creative professional to ask all your material-related questions.

Els Zijlstra, Materia's materials expert and creative director, will be present at our display stand on 19 January to answer any questions you may have regarding materials.

During the course of the day, Els Zijlstra will also be giving a talk in which she will be sharing her vision on creating successful cooperation between architects and manufacturers.
