The 2005 Geneva International Motor ShowThe 2005 Geneva International Motor Show will celebrate both the Centenary of the first national exhibition and the 75th version of the international show. In addition to the usual world and European premieres exhibited each year, this Show will be marked by many special events which should attract large numbers of visitors.
Visitors will be invited to take a journey through time, in an exclusive cinema studio simulation produced by Télévision Suisse Romande. Around 12 exceptional vehicles, connected with the Swiss automobile industry, will all be exhibited in the setting of their day, from 1905 to the current time and even into the future. Classic cars will also be exhibited in the foyer of the Conference Centre.
Exhibitors at the Show have been invited to devote part of their stands to a presentation of their history, image and future ambitions. This will give visitors the opportunity of following 100 years of motoring progress while they also view the many world and European premieres throughout the exhibition halls.
