Interior Motives Design Awards 2005 : The Car Design Evolution ContinuesThe third Interior Motives Design Awards 2005 competition has officially started! Since registration for the Interior Motives Design Awards opened on 5 February we have had a fantastic response from the worldwide design community.
With the theme, 'the car design evolution continues...' the Interior Motives Design Awards once again aim to emphasize the importance of car design and how it is reshaping the car. At the same time, we hope encourage young talented designers into this exciting industry to promote the evolution of car design.
Some of the world's most respected senior automotive designers and design managers from car makers and interior suppliers will be part of the judging panel - confirmed so far: Olivier Boulay, General Manager, Mercedes-Benz Advanced Design Center of Japan; Ian Callum, Director of Design, Jaguar Cars; Bill Fluharty, Vice President Industrial Design, North America, Johnson Controls Inc; Roberto Piatti, Managing Director, Stile Bertone; Marek Reichman, Director Interior Strategy Product and Design Process, Ford Motor Company; Rus Shafer, Director, Industrial Design, Intier Automotive.
