The Industrial Design Excellence Awards are dedicated to fostering business and public understanding of the importance of industrial design excellence to the quality of life and the economy. The sponsor, BusinessWeek magazine, annually features the winners in a July editorial report, which is distributed worldwide. Gold, silver and bronze winners may be featured in the magazine.
