Evergreen Timeless ObjectsIn Milan, until 27 June, at via Tortona 31, Emporio 31 presents Evergreen. Oggetti senza tempo. The exhibition is a selection of objects made between 1925 and the 1980s and still in production, true icons of popular acclaim.
Objects for everyday use: furniture, chairs, tables, bookcases, complements and more, selected for their quality and an aesthetic that communicates warmth and affection. Designers represented include Achille Castiglioni, Charles e Ray Eames, Arne Jacobsen, Le Corbusier, Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe, Vigo Magistretti, Ettore Sottsass and Marco Zanuso. Companies invited include Alcantara, Alessi, Alias, Alivar, Arflex, Artemide, Baleri Italia, Brionvega, Busnelli, Cinova, Flos, Fontana Arte, Giovannetti, Atelier Mendini, Matteograssi, Memphis Group, Poltrona Frau, Thonet, Zanotta.
