Healing and Energy : New Modern Style System Bathroom by WAKOThe target is to design an interior following the Japanese functional tradition, (bath-unit without water closet), but at the same time able to meet international aesthetics.
The bath-unit has to be designed in every single element: from floor till facing of the walls, from lighting till layout and shape of the bathtub, shower system and "basin", till the minimal and necessary interior accessories, including taps and fittings. The space has to be cosy and preferable multi-sensory. A space containing and evoking natural elements (water, light and colour) and allowing regeneration in the total well-being.
Theme : Healing and energy. The rebirth through the purification, through body and mental care, fosters the need of a new vital energy bucking up. Water and light are natural strengtheners. In particular light may support and improve the well-being pause: from relaxation till real physical strength.
