Design Overtime Colani NightEvery museum has its late night, but not every late night lets you take part quite as much as Design Overtime.
This bi-monthly event provides an opportunity to view Design Museum exhibitions until 10pm, but also encourages you to participate through workshops, activities and debates.
Always fun, often serious, and sometimes spectacular, the theme and content of Design Overtime is determined by the current exhibitions.
So whether you choose to chat with your friends over a drink, listen to some music, contemplate a show in solitude, or get involved a workshop, each Design Overtime is unique and only £5.
11 dancing spacewomen invade the Design Museum on 8 June.
The Actionettes have been invited to bring their spectacle and expertise to our next late opening event.
With their synchronised routines choreographed to songs by 60s girl groups the Actionettes will be paying homage to the futuristic work of the maverick designer Luigi Colani.
Luigi Colani Translating Nature and Ettore Sottsass Work In Progress will be closing soon so Design Overtime returns to offer an entertaining and unexpected last chance to see these extraordinary and diverse exhibitions.
