Mazda MPV Hits the StreetsA bolder, more dynamic looking Mazda MPV can be seen on the roads of Oman. This new seven-seat, 3.0-litre V6 MPV also features significantly improved levels of active and passive safety.
Fully embracing Mazda's athletic design cues, which have earned praise on the Mazda6, Mazda2, RX-8 and upcoming Mazda3, the V6-powered MPV features a completely redesigned front end that incorporates a new bonnet, grille, guards and bumpers.
Striking new tail lamps, new paint colours including four mica and metallic hues - which are available at no additional cost - and new-look 16-inch alloy wheels help complete the exterior upgrades. Inside, the interior has had a comprehensive revamp and offers more creature comforts.
The MPV has everything you expect from a modern minivan - seating for seven, 127 cubic feet of cargo space, a wide range of comfort and convenience features - and a lot of what you might not expect, said a press release.
Thanks to a sport-tuned suspension and a more-compact body, the MPV handles more like a car, with responsive steering, remarkable stability in the corners and responsive acceleration, thanks to a 200-hp V6 engine. The MPV lets you enjoy all the conveniences of a minivan without making you sacrifice the benefits of driving a car.
