Logitech Introduces QuickCam Communicate WebcamLogitech, the world's leading manufacturer of Web cameras, August 30 introduced QuickCam Communicate, a versatile and affordable webcam with a striking new look that gives it a lot of personality. QuickCam Communicate sports a charcoal black color, flexible flat-panel clip and a cool blue light that glows when in use. Its bold, yet smaller design combines Logitech's familiar, compact eyeball shape with sharp, angular lines that frame and draw attention to the inset lens.

QuickCam Communicate works with a rapidly growing number of video applications, allowing friends and family to add a more personal touch to their communication. It's simple to use with all the top video instant messaging applications, including MSN Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) and Yahoo! Instant Messenger. It also includes a trial of Logitech's VideoCall for broadband, an application that allows people to have synchronized voice chat and video over their broadband Internet connections.
