Promoted by Politecnico di Milano - Faculty of Design, Consorzio POLI.Design and SPD Scuola Politecnica di Design, the university master's in Light Product Design investigates the design of lighting equipment and systems, which is today one of the most stimulating and complex in industrial design.
The first level Master's will get under way on 7 May 2007 and finish in May 2008.

Different competences converge in the lighting product.
The academic programme deals with photometric, chromatic and perceptive aspects, formal and emotional values of the lighting equipment, technological issues up to product management, production processes and legal restrictions.
