LEO A DALY Expands International Presence Opening New Offices in Moscow and IstanbulLEO A DALY, the international architecture, planning, engineering, interior design and program management firm has opened an office in Moscow as part of its international expansion plans.
The opening of the Moscow office comes three months after the opening of a regional headquarters office in Istanbul, Turkey.
