Motionstream releases Genome HD Powertools, the first royalty-free library of DNA animation and images available in high definition.
NEW YORK, NY- November 2, 2006- Motionstream today announces the release of Genome HD Powertools,a 4-volume library of DNA animation and images. Genome HD Powertools is part of a family of products that includes Superstars HD Powertools and Holiday-Maker HD Powertools, which were introduced in 2005.
Genome HD Powertools, Volumes 1 and 2 are the first royalty-free DNA animation libraries currently available in high definition (HD). Volume 1 includes 11 high definition (1920 x 1080p @ 30 FPS) in uncompressed QuickTime format, each containing a full alpha channel for easy compositing with any application that supports QuickTime.
Volume 2 contains an additional 15 high definition animations in a range of executions that include spirals and metallic finishes. Both volumes ship with 16 background image files. These files match the high resolution backgrounds in Volumes 3 & 4, enabling the user to match content across broadcast and print media. Volumes 1 and 2 include quarter-scale motion previews that can be viewed before importing full-size files into projects.
Genome HD Powertools, Volume 3 contains 23 royalty-free high resolution images (image size: 11.5 inches high by 20.4 inches wide at 300 DPI) each saved in Abobe Photoshop CS layered format. The DNA artwork is on an independent layer from the backgrounds and includes a full alpha channel. Each file is rendered in a range of colors and styles that match or complement the animation files in Volumes 1 & 2.
Genome HD Powertools, Volume 4 contains an additional 23 royalty-free high resolution images in a range of executions that expand on Volume 3, bringing the total number of high resolution images in the library to 46.
