The website for the Karneval der Kulturen in Berlin has been relaunched.
Torsten Mayer Rotbarth collaborated with Nick Kapica at SV who designed the poster, adverts and booklet for this years "Carnival of Cultures" which now in its 13th year has become a major event within the Berlin calendar.
This is the fourth redesign and the organizers have chosen to work again with SV Associates who since creating the Carnival logotype in 1986 have been generating all of the required communication materials.
The new website concept provides the organizers with a powerful tool to arrange and communicate the diverse content surrounding this annual three day event.
Over 100 groups take part in the street procession, the street festival has 380 stalls and 130 live acts perform on six stages while countless parties accompany the festival.
Working to a tight budget SV Associates have managed -by reorganizing and restructuring the content- to provide an attractive, functional website which can be constantly updated as the event develops throughout the year.
Website visitors are able to access relevant information easier and quicker to help plan their individual carnival experience.
