AIA New York
Founded in 1857, AIA New York is the oldest and largest chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The Chapter's members include over 5,000 practicing architects, allied professionals, students, and public members interested in architecture and design. AIA New York is dedicated to three goals: design excellence, public outreach, and professional development.
AIA California
The American Institute of Architects, California Council represents the interests of more than 11,000 architects and allied professionals in California. Founded in 1944, AIACC's mission supports architects in their endeavor to improve the quality of life for all Californians by creating more livable communities, sustainable designs and quality work environments.
AIA Los Angeles
AIA|LA is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to furthering the efforts of its parent organization, the American Institute of Architects (AIA), by specifically serving the interests of our local architecture and design community. AIA|LA's membership includes architects and design professionals actively engaged in the industry.
AIA San Francisco
Serving the Bay Area for more than a century, the American Institute of Architects, San Francisco Chapter offers professional development and networking opportunities as well as public forums, tours, lectures, and gallery exhibitions that provide architects and design enthusiasts with many opportunities to explore the local built environment.
AIA New Orleans
A component of the American Institute of Architects, AIA New Orleans was founded in 1911 to represent, educate and serve the architecture profession and entire community as concerns the built environment.
AIA DC
Founded in 1887, the Washington Chapter of the American Institute of Architects serves the Nation's Capital, functioning as both the "local" and "state" component of the AIA for the District of Columbia.
AIA Triangle
The American Institute of Architects Triangle Section is the voice of the local architecture profession dedicated to serving its members by expressing their commitment to excellence in design and improving the quality and livability of our built environment.
AIA Chicago
The American Institute of Architects Chicago (AIA Chicago) is the largest professional association of licensed architects, architectural interns, and allied professionals in Illinois. It is the second largest AIA chapter in the country. Of the 70,000 AIA members across the country, over 2000 are in the Chicago chapter.
AIA Philadelphia
AIA Philadelphia, a Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, organizes architects in the region for the purpose of advancing their influence in shaping the built environment, and their ability to effectively practice architecture in an ever-changing society and competitive marketplace. The Chapter provides opportunities for professional development, service, and collegiality among peers.
AIA San Diego
The American Institute of Architects, San Diego represents nearly 1,000 members in San Diego County and is one of more than 20 chapters in California and among nearly 275 nation-wide. Founded in 1927, AIA SD has a long record of achievement supporting the interests of our members and our community through its vigorous advocacy for design, planning, sustainability, architecture education, professional development and civic leadership.

AIA San Antonio
The San Antonio Chapter, located in the beautiful Center for Architecture in the historic Pearl complex, is dedicated to improving our community and facilitating the success of our members.
AIA Georgia
The primary functions of AIA Georgia are public awareness to increase the public's general knowledge and awareness of architecture and the role architects play in the built and planned environment; and government affairs to monitor state legislative and regulatory activities to promote and enhance the profession of architecture, those who practice, and to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the public it serves.

The American Institute of Architects is the professional society of architects and has been for more than 135 years. AIA Memphis' mission is to be an effective resource and advocate for its members, and to inspire the creation of a better built environment.
