Re-Thinking Design at DMIs Design Management Brand 21 Conference

Re-Thinking Design at DMI's Design / Management / Brand 21 Conference

February 4, 2009  |  Levent OZLER

The breakdowns we are currently experiencing in the world are enough to alarm even the hardiest of souls.

With a call to action from the new administration, design leaders are joining forces on the leadership role design should take to shape our future.

DMI will examine these issues and collaborations of Re-Thinking... Design at Design/Management/Brand 21 in San Francisco, June 17-18.

Re-Thinking... Design will be co-chaired by two key thought leaders of our time, Roger Martin, Dean, Rotman School of Management and Darrel Rhea, CEO, Cheskin Added Value.

They will challenge the Design community to re-think Design in both macro and micro applications, while design and business leaders will demonstrate how they are changing the economy, healthcare, technology and culture-illuminating how design thinking is making it happen and change.

Not only are great brands happening in San Francisco, but great new design thinking as well.

For years, San Francisco has been a global hub of innovation, new thinking, leadership brands, and using design as a core business strategy.

Re-Thinking ... Design will be held at the Stanford Court Hotel, and will conclude on Thursday night with a reception at frog design studios.
