IIDA Best Interiors of Latin America Design Award

The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) launched an international competition honoring the best in interior design projects from Latin America. The IIDA Best Interiors of Latin America Competition was created to recognize, honor and celebrate outstanding Interior Design/Architecture projects that represent the highest level of creativity, originality and design excellence in Argentina, Aruba, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Falkland Islands, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela.

The winning design projects will be selected by a jury of design professionals from the following ten categories: Corporate Space Large, Corporate Space Small, Cultural/Institutional/Educational, Healthcare, Hotels, Municipal/Public Spaces, Residences, Restaurants, Retail, and Spas/Fitness/Wellness Centers.

Submissions will be judged for suitability of design to the project challenge, the creativity and originality of the design solution, and the successful integration of interior finishes and furnishings.

The deadline for entries is September 19, 2012.
