The Fast Company's 3rd Annual Innovation By Design Awards are now open for entires.
This year's 10 categories include: Apps, Data Visualization, Experimental, Graphic, Products, Social Good, Spaces, Health, Experience, and Students.
Entries will be judged on their functionality, originality, beauty, sustainability, depth of user insight, cultural impact, and business impact-seven necessary ingredients for any great innovation.
Finalists will be published in a feature package in Fast Company's October design issue. Winners will be announced at a conference and awards ceremony in New York City in October 2014.
The deadline for entries is May 5, 2014.
