Topics covered include, but are not limited to: diversity, equity, and inclusion; corporate and workplace culture; design trends and methodology; design leadership; mentoring; community access and resources.
Designers and creatives of all genders are invited to explore the challenges faced by women in design today, and generate meaningful solutions for inclusivity and gender parity in the workplace.
