Kartell's Mr Impossible chair has earned a prestigious 2008 Good Design Award from the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.
The oldest competition of its kind, Good Design has evaluated entries based on innovation, form, materials and construction, concept, function, utility, and aesthetic appeal since 1950.
In 2008, the museum received hundreds of submissions from more than 48 nations.
The Mr Impossible chair will be featured with other award recipients on the Chicago Athenaeum website.
