Stuart Karten Design (SKD) announced a strategic alliance with engineering firm Syncroness.
The partnership will allow SKD to now offer a comprehensive product development solution, from user and market need definition through product ideation, industrial design and engineering implementation.
With more than 50 full-time engineers on staff, Syncroness specializes in mechanical, electrical and software engineering in the green tech, consumer, industrial, transportation and healthcare industries. The firm is ISO 13485 compliant for medical device design and development.
"Syncroness' competencies in product development complement SKD's growing research and strategy capabilities at the front end, providing our clients high level engineering and production execution," said SKD principal Stuart Karten.
SKD and Syncroness will jointly pursue select projects with clients in need of a full-service solution.
The alliance will ensure a seamless, high-level implementation of SKD's designs through the entire product development spectrum.
