Dyson and IDSA have teamed up to challenge industrial design students to create an innovative household product that reflects Dyson's philosophy and commitment to intelligent, function-first design and will be designed to work better by solving a problem.
This is a terrific opportunity for students at any of the NASAD-accredited degree programs or individual student members of IDSA to show the world a new and better way of doing things. Substantial cash awards will be given to the students who submit the top 5 entries and the First Place winner and his or her advisor will receive a trip to New York for the awards ceremony (time and place TBA). The faculty advisor to the First Place winner will also receive a significant cash award.
