Stone Island Unveils New Milano Location

Stone Island has unveiled its new Milano store, located at Corso Giacomo Matteotti 18, in the Palazzo del Toro. The new location, encompassing two levels, provides ample space for the Stone Island and Shadow Project collections.

The interior design follows the concept used for Stone Island stores created by Marc Buhre. Each element of the system has been created to work together in a highly functional design.

Large windows are found on both floors, both facing the street and the arcade. The area dedicated to the Shadow Project is defined by a blue-black steel floor and carbon garment hangers on the walls.

The bush-hammered stone selected for the floor is also used on the walls, interspersed with painted metallic mesh surface treatments. Hangers are made of carbon and anodized aluminum bars. The modular shelves in mirror anthracite Alucobond are covered with black felt.

Furnishings and details in compressed yellow or natural felt and through-color MDF are enhanced with unprecedented craftsmanship and an industrial look. The stairs are in bush-hammered stone and the parapet features curved yellow glass.
