The International Interior Design Association announced the 2010 Call for Entries for IIDA's Interior Design Competition and Will Ching Design Competition.
The 37th Annual Interior Design Competition serves to recognize and reward outstanding interior design, and to encourage new ideas and techniques in the design and furnishing of interior spaces.
The competition honors outstanding design in the Corporate, Education/Institutional, Government, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential and Retail/Showroom areas.
The 18th Annual Will Ching Design Competition seeks to recognize and reward talented designers working in firms of five or fewer employees and to encourage new ideas and techniques in the design and furnishing of commercial spaces.
For both competitions, submissions will be judged for suitability of design to the project challenge, originality of the design solution, and the successful integration of interior finishes and furnishings.
The deadline to request an entry kit is Wednesday, February 10th, 2010.
The deadline to submit completed entries is Wednesday, February 17th, 2010.
