The fourth of the Creative Barcode's 360 Degrees event will feature John Conoley, CEO, Psion and Dr. Jonathan Hague, VP Open Innovation, Unilever Research and Development.

John Conoley joined Psion in summer 2008 and has 25 years experience in the technology industry. He began his career with IBM where he held a range of technical, sales and marketing roles before progressing to general management. Latterly he was head of energy company EON's Corporate Business Division, responsible for improving the performance and profitability of a division with sales of £1.5bn. Prior to this, he was
CEO at Convergent Systems, where as CEO he engineered the successful turnaround of the company before its sale to Azurri Limited.

Jonathan Hague joined Unilever in 1990, following a first Degree and PhD in Materials Science from the University of Sheffield. Jonathan spent the first seven years of his career as a research scientist in Hair Research at Port Sunlight Laboratory, UK. He led the formulation team in the global techncial centre for deodorants in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, North America.

In 2006 Jonathan returned to the Port Sunlight Laboratory in the UK and operated as Strategy and Operations Director for Home and Personal Care R&D; a role which evolved into Strategy and Operations Director for the Chief R&D Officer. His most recent assignment, VP Open Innovation for Unilever is a good fit for Jon's interests in driving higher ambition in innovation, and in his firm conviction that Unilever can make a much bigger impact
in sustainable living from advances in science and technology.
