The 9th Materialica Design + Technology Award is open for entries.
The awards are granted to concepts characterized by a great deal of creativity in terms of innovation, design or engineering in the categories Material, Surface, Product or CO2 efficiency.
The annual award, which has been held since 2003, seeks to outline the importance of materials for industrial design-oriented applications and to encourage a dialogue between material manufacturers, designers and product manufacturers.
Deadline for registration is July 28, 2011.
