In order to recognize excellence in architecture, AlA New Orleans announced its' annual Design Awards Program.
This year the Design Awards Committee, chaired by Ian Thompson, AIA, have selected the theme for the awards as Design Beyond Sustainability.
The Design Awards program has an overall mission to increase awareness of outstanding architecture and to honor the architects, clients, and consultants who work together to improve the built environment.
Extended deadline for entries is February 17, 2012.
