The Illuminating Engineering Society New York City Section has announced the inaugural IESNYC Scholarship. Applicants must be first-year students currently enrolled in a full-time graduate program as a degree candidate in the field of architectural lighting at an accredited college/university in New York State.
"The IESNYC has always been a strong voice for education within the lighting community," commented Brian Belluomini, president of the Section and principal of Shimstone Design Studio. "Supporting meritorious students, is our Section's way of inspiring the next generation of professionals in the field of architectural lighting."
Applications are being accepted now through February 15, 2016.
