The United States Mint has announced the World War I Centennial 2018 Commemorative Coin Design Competition. The competition offers an exciting opportunity for American artists to design a coin that will preserve an important time in American history and convey a sense of pride.
The winner will not only have his or her initials on the final coin, but will also receive a $10,000 prize.
The competition opens for submissions on February 29. The deadline for entries is April 28, 2016.
