Airbnb has launched a reimagined mobile app that gives travelers the keys to finding perfect neighborhoods globally via bespoke matching, along with the a new global marketing campaign.
The new campaign, entitled "Live There," aims to inspire travelers to reimagine what it is to travel, showcasing the experiences only made possible through Airbnb and its community. In fact, the Airbnb community is featured throughout the campaign and demonstrates the contrast between standard tourism and the Airbnb travel experience. An anthem TV spot features language that suggests when tourists head to Paris they don't just go to Paris, they live in Paris.
Created by TBWACHIATDAY, the global campaign features :15, :30 and :60 second TV spots, as well as digital, out-of-home, and print. Additionally, disruptive, bespoke social activations drive added engagement on Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat.
The newly updated Airbnb mobile app has personalization at its heart, created with a brand new design language. The new product includes an innovative matching system designed to understand travelers' preferences and then match them with the homes, neighborhoods and experiences that meet their needs. A new Guidebooks feature will unlock local insights, giving travelers access to millions of insider tips from Airbnb's global community of hosts.
