CM Mimarlik has recently completed Vinero Winery and Hotel, located in Eceabat, Canakkale. The winery brings forward an unconventional interpretation to the industrial spaces with its wide and high volumes reduced to human scale with proper use of material, with its influential spatial configuration and its design approach compatible with the organic process of production.
The 16.000m2 building includes production and storage areas, as well as laboratories and offices. It also has a guesthouse with 25 rooms.
